60-75-minute Comprehensive virtual or In-office consult discussing all of one’s concerns.
Creation of an initial strategy to address immediate issues
Creation of a long term plan for overall future wellness.
Patient will receive personalize notes following consult.

For 1st-time (NEW) PATIENTS ONLY

Functional Medicine Re-evaluation/Extended Session - $300

45-minute Virtual or In-office follow-up visit.
Review of any testing/bloodwork.
Discussion of symptoms.
Extensive re-evaluation of personalized plan.
Changes/creation of new plan.
Review of therapies and supplementation.
Follow up notes reviewing the sessions discussion as well as a review and description of the new plan.
For ESTABLISHED PATIENTS ONLY.

In Office Chiropractic Evaluation $350

45 minute Physical Evaluation.
Review of findings.
Discussion of symptoms.
Chiropractic manipulation including Myofascial work (ART) and additional modalities.
Review of therapies and any home care.

In-office Chiropractic Treatments $200
30 Minute follow up Chiropractic Treatment.
Review of Progress.
Implementation of specific Treatment plan including Chiropractic Manipulation and Myofascial work.
Review of therapies and any home care.

In-Home Chiropractic Care: Starts at $550
45-60 Minute Treatment in the comfort of your home (Patient must have a massage table available).
Review of symptoms.
Implementations of specific treatment plans and possible exercises.
