Ingredients:

-2 Pints of cherry tomatoes

-5 sprigs of fresh juicey basil

- ¼ red onion

-salt to taste

- ¼ cup organic olive oil

Directions:

- Cut tomatoes into 4ths

- Chop up basil

- Chop onions finely

- Add olive oil and salt (to taste)

- Place in serving bowl and enjoy.
